For the spring 2008 carnival the Archibooth team decided that carnival could use a space to take a break from all the chaos, while providing an interactive experience. The theme of the carnival was 'Broadcast Yourself'. People visiting our booth were able to write phrases along the booth - an analog twitter of sorts. Using CNC milling processes we cut out pieces from plywood sheets that slid into a grid to create a bench. Foam letters were then milled and painted to fit into the grid. The booth proved to be a great success, and even took 3rd place in its' category. After carnival we reinstalled the booth in the Margaret Morrison's Childrens School Library.
